IFLA President Sinikka Sipilä will present an adress on the IFLA Trend Report and its five high level information trends at the international conference, "Internet and Socio-Cultural Transformations in Information Society' in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russian Federation, jointly co-ordinated by the Information For All Programme and UNESCO.
